Where it all began...

"There is absolutely no substitute for the best. Good food cannot be made of inferior ingredients masked with high flavor. It is true thrift to use the best ingredients available and to waste nothing." - James Beard

The retail shop originally opened in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2010. After a strong three years down south, we brought the concept back to our hometown Buffalo, New York. The House of Olives  managed to settle in The Heart of Little Italy on Hertel Avenue. It was only a matter of time before the community recognized the wonderful line of product we had to offer. After establishing ourselves in the North Buffalo community, we decided to take our business to the next level. The wine and beer bar had been an idea of ours for quite some time; we were patiently waiting for the proper moment to introduce our business model to the neighborhood. When we finally felt the time was right, we began constructing the wine and beer bar. By the end of 2015, the wine and beer bar was completed and fully operational. After a very tedious and extensive process, we were able to officially open to the public on May 16, 2016. We could not be more excited to reveal our new and improved boutique to the community. Our goal is to provide a service like no other around, accompanied by a pleasurable experience. Don't hesitate to stop in to explore the shop and experience our wonderful concept for yourself!
